Happy Friday!

What a beautiful day today! It was nice to practice with those who were able to join this morning on the live class on Zoom! I will post that sequence (upload) hopefully later today. I’m going to concentrate on putting videos on the actual website and perhaps fb too. I’ve tried dm edging short clips on this forum within this App but I am getting feedback that those videos don’t play. I’m reaching out to Wix App help but until then find videos on the website letitbeyoga. Org on the video page. Or look for fb. And YouTube
